Such a beautiful place and beautiful food! His place is very popular because its food is so good! Parking can be tricky during busy hours and also the line can be very long. We went with a very large group and ended up splitting up to a couple different tables. They have plenty of space. This location has an awesome upstairs study area. Most people are just up there with coffee and laptops. It is generally more quiet. I plan on revisiting this location and next time I am going to order a matcha!
First visit. Let’s get the only negative out of the way. The server skipped me completely and went to the people she recognized in line.
Past this, we shared a raspberry croissant and a pumpkin croissant. Both were flaky, sticky and utterly delicious. Out only improvement could be to warm them briefly.
The ambience was great and aside from the one server the service impeccable.
Will return next time in OKC.
Mrs. Flip Out taking over this review, and Harvey Bakery & Kitchen exceeded my expectations. My friend and I hadn’t been before and we both simply loved it! The bakery was beautiful and spacious, with the vintage character of the original building shining through with the modern. The display of pastries, treats, and breads had something for everyone. I decided to try the Breakfast Protein Bowl and a breve. My friend had the caramel latte, caramel roll, and the strata. Portions were very generous and we both had leftovers. The breakfast bowl was very good, and the spices complimented each other perfectly. Harvey has a spacious patio as well. Can’t wait to go back!
What a fun place to hang out and enjoy the ambiance and company of a friend. Very face paced but relaxed environment with good food.
The Mac and Cheese has umami that is really obvious, which is rare. The layers of flavor and remarkable. The meet ball sub was first rate and the coffee was very smooth and delicious. The Harvey cinnamon roll was a little dry and did not have the right ratio of cinnamon to sugar/ icing. It reminded me of a Little Debbie sweet roll. It was tasty but we didn’t finish because I could find a use for my calories elsewhere with a better flavor profile. Over all a fun spot- wouldn’t be opposed to going back at some point with someone that I really enjoy spending time with. Not something I would spend 25-30 dollars on by myself.
Something to note is that this place is very busy during the weekends or any holidays, which says something about it as a total establishment. The food and drinks have been great every time we have been there. The coffee and espresso are fresh and from a local roasters, which makes it even better in quality and freshness. The food is original yet familiar. The Harvey latte is definitely worth trying and the bagels/sandwiches always hit the spot!
Went for lunch on a Friday to meet a friend. It was packed and the line was long, but we found seats easy, line moved quickly, and lots of parking. Food was fresh and tasty. I tried several pastries that I took home and was not disappointed. The turkey melt with jalapeño was really good. Also enjoyed the Harevy Latte, got it over ice. Looking forward to visiting again and trying more things. Recommend everyone give it a try.
Some of the best almond croissants I've ever had and I am french and live in France, the place of croissants!
The kouign amann is great too, as well as the pain aux raisins (I have it with dark raisins usually though, not golden ones). Pastries are not too sweet, like back home in France, and Harvey made pastries that are crusty to perfection. Merci!
Didn't like the espresso, as beans are burnt in the usa, but that's a continent taste difference 😂

One recommendation: it might be work consuming, but I would love to see some miniature sizes.
Also in France we have what we call café gourmand or thé gourmand with 3-4 mini desserts with coffee or tea.

A must visit!! Save room for a delicious pastry. Brunch is perfect for a sandwich (vegetarian and vegan options available), coffee (up to snobbery standards), and a pastry. You can’t go wrong with the chocolate croissants. The upstairs space is great for an afternoon work session. Note: it gets busy and quite loud during lunch. But still worth the visit!
